• Prices quoted are valid for a period of seven (7) days from date of quote, and are subject to the conditions below

• These terms and the most recent standard terms and conditions for MK Floral Designs shall apply, to the exclusion of all of the customer’s terms, to all quotations, orders and to the sale and delivery of any goods or services.

• All goods shall remain the property of MK Floral Designs until paid for in full.

• Substitution Conditions

 Occasionally it is necessary to substitute items when a specific flower is not available and a substitution needs to be made. Each arrangement is hand designed and therefore variations can appear between products. Our quality expectation is that our affiliate maintains the overall look and presentation of what was originally requested. These substitutions may include:

• The colour of a certain flower or flowers

• Flower varieties

• Containers and vases

• Delivery

• Deliveries can be arranged at a nominal fee for arrangements ordered.

• Deliveries fees do not include set up fees of flowers at venues. This can be arranged at an extra nominal fee.
